What this website does not do

The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising tools, and loads no fonts, scripts or images from third parties. If you choose a light or dark theme, your choice is stored in your own browser (local storage). It is never sent to us.

Hosting

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., USA). When you open a page, the hosting provider processes technical request data such as your IP address in server logs. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfers to the USA rely on the safeguards the provider documents, for example the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. Name the DNS provider, if it processes visitor data.

Contact form

If you send a message, the details you enter (name, email address, company, message) are transmitted to our form provider Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA), which forwards them to us by email. We use them only to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where a contract may follow, pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b)). You can withdraw consent at any time. We delete the data once the enquiry is settled, unless the law requires us to keep it. Confirm the data processing agreement with Formspree.

Email and LinkedIn

If you write to us by email, we process your message to answer it. The link to our LinkedIn page leaves this site; LinkedIn’s own privacy notice then applies.

Showcase and demo dashboard

The showcase uses a fictional brand and synthetic data. It contains no personal data and makes no third-party requests.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent. To exercise them, write to info@alpha-metrics.ai. You may also complain to the Austrian data protection authority: Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
